Our e-ticketing system is very simple to manage. It's free to get set up and you can do it on any device. There’s the ability to set up different ticket types (e.g., family passes or concessions), and we can create a QR code for you to share with supporters making it really easy to find and buy tickets. ○ Set up - start asap, it’s handy to have somewhere to keep the info on your items
○ Page theming - tailor the look of your page by changing it to match club colours
○ QR codes - give members an auction link and QR code so they can easily access the page
○ Reordering - spread your best items throughout your auction
○ Buzz items – if you’d like to add more prizes to your auction, we can supply them at no extra cost
○ End time – make sure you set an end time, it helps to maximise engagement and competition.
Prizes
Think outside the box for prizes! They don’t all need to be big and flashy. They could be simple, like offering two hours of dog walking or baking homemade treats. You don’t need hundreds of items to run an auction; even just one or two donated prizes will be sure to raise funds for your cause.

Promoting your auction
Once you’re set up, promotion is the key to raising as much as you can. Follow these steps to make sure that you get the news of your auction out to as many people as possible.
- Open the auction before the event
- Regularly share the link and/or QR code on your socials, repeating the closing date and time to maximise engagement.
- Tag your event and tag @jumblebee_auctions so we can share it too.
2. Live events
If you don’t want to rely on poor venue Wi-Fi, or you are hosting event in an area with bad phone signal, online phone bidding can ruin your fundraising efforts. Our beePro iPad service offers security of connection, so that no bids will be missed! [link to beePro page]

Prizes
Don’t be afraid to ask team members and supporters to donate prizes. They don’t have to be expensive. They could be things like coaching sessions, or physio for example.
Absentee bidding
If some of your enthusiastic supporters cannot make it to your event, no problem! With jumblebee’s unique mirror technology, they can bid along on the night from the comfort of their own home.

Leaderboards
