We aim to provide a site that is family friendly and that can be enjoyed by everyone.
We do not wish to be overly prescriptive about what can and cannot be listed and instead would prefer our users to have regard to the family friendly nature of this site and to refrain from listing items that could cause offense. There are certain items however that must not be listed on our site under any circumstances. You are required to comply with the spirit as well as the letter of this policy.
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to remove listed items which we believe could offend a user or a group of users or that we believe are inappropriate for listing on our site. We may also remove listings which we feel contain offensive or inappropriate language.
In deciding what is appropriate and what is not, we will have regard to the nature of the community and its members amongst other things.
By listing an item you confirm:
Due to safety reasons and national law we do not allow the sale of firearms, weapons, knives etc. This includes replica guns and/or bullets.
Drugs and substances may not be sold on our site. This includes prescription drugs, over the counter drugs and medicines, illegal substances and legal substances which may be used to provide ‘legal highs’ or experiences similar in any way to illegal drugs. This is due to national laws and in order to protect the safety of our users.
National laws provide strict rules for the supply of cigarettes, cigars and other products containing tobacco. Similar laws apply to alcohol. We do not allow such items to be listed on our site.
We have no way of ensuring that only adults can purchase fireworks from our site. Therefore, fireworks must not be sold here due to safety reasons and laws giving age restrictions.

Due to national laws it is illegal to resell tickets to professional football matches occurring in England and Wales. We may also restrict or remove listings for other tickets, anywhere in the world, where we believe their listing may be illegal or undesirable.

Making and selling illegal copies of software is prohibited by English law and is not allowed on our site. We also prohibit the sale of software that enables a user to ‘unlock’ or ‘chip’ electrical items such as, but not limited to, phones, games consoles and television equipment.
We will remove listings for items that we reasonably believe may have been stolen. We reserve the right to assist the police or any other government agency with their enquiries about items listed on our site.
Counterfeit and replica items and accessories are not allowed on our site unless the fact that they are replicas is clearly stated and the sale does not breach any law. Selling unauthorised copies of media is illegal and also prohibited on our site.
